If you find that your estrogen levels are high you should ease up on products made from soy as these can raise your estrogen levels. Don’t totally eliminate them from your diet but if you eat a lot of soy products just cut back a bit. One of the best ways to boost your levels is to make sure that you are getting enough sleep.
Just sleeping in on weekends will do wonders. You didn’t mention your age in your question. You doctor can help you with this and can also give you more tips after your test results have come back. Sources of good protein like lean meats and whey protein can help boost levels naturally but good sleep as simple as it sounds may just be exactly what you need.
